Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me, Domenic Moran, Heidelberger Straße 36, 12059 Berlin, Deutschland, bitdojo.de@gmail.com, by means of a clear statement of your decision. An email is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send your notice before the period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day your notice arrived. The refund uses the same means of payment you used for the purchase, and no fees are charged for it.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal could expire early under section 356(5) of the German Civil Code if the provider obtains an express confirmation before starting that it may begin immediately and that the customer thereby loses the right of withdrawal.

That is exactly what is waived here. Nothing of the kind is asked during checkout. Access is still unlocked immediately after payment, and the right of withdrawal remains fully intact for fourteen days, even if you read, listen and sit exams during that time.

That is a decision in your favour and not an oversight: the purchase should be reversible without arithmetic.
